NOTICE OF REGULAR AND SPECIAL WORK SESSION

CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS OF THE LITTLE FALLS CITY COUNCIL

BY TELEPHONE/ELECTRONIC MEANS

PURSUANT to Minnesota Statute 13D.021, Subdivision 1(1), I, Gregory J. Zylka, Mayor of the City of Little Falls, Minnesota, determine that in-person meetings of the Little Falls City Council are not prudent during the COVID-19 health pandemic/peacetime emergency declare by Governor Tim Walz’s Executive Order No. 20-01 under Minnesota Statute Chapter 12.  AS SUCH, the Little Falls City Council’s regular meetings and special work session meetings during such states of emergency, beginning with the special work session and regular meetings scheduled to occur on Monday, April 6, 2020, beginning at 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. respectively, will be held by telephone and/or electronic means livestreamed on the City of Little Falls’ You Tube channel and not open to the public, but the host location will be City Hall.  The Notice of Meetings listing the City Council’s meetings is available at City Hall, 100 Northeast Seventh Avenue, Little Falls, or City of Little Falls webpage.

ADDITIONALLY, I determine the presence of the public at the special work session and regular meetings location is not feasible due to the COVID-19 health pandemic/emergency declaration, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 13D.021, Subdivision 1(3).

FINALLY, I determine that the presence of at least one member of the City Council, City Attorney, or City Administrator at the regular meeting location is unfeasible due to the COVID-19 health pandemic/emergency declaration, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 13D.021, Subdivision 1(4).

Members of the public may monitor the meeting electronically from a remote location by listening to the live audio/video stream available at the City’s You Tube channel.

THIS NOTICE OF SPECIAL WORK SESSION AND REGULAR MEETINGS by TELEPHONE AND/OR OTHER ELECTRONIC MEANS IS GIVEN PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTE 13D.04, SUBDIVISION 2.
