The Career Force Center

The CareerForce Center in Little Falls is a partnership of Rural Minnesota CEP, Inc., Department of Rehabilitation Services, Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development and houses an Unemployment Insurance Representative.

Rural Minnesota CEP, Inc. offers services to job seekers to assist in their job search and resume development, funding to assist with retraining costs in a school setting, programs for dislocated workers, and a youth program.

The CareerForce Center offers employer services such as access to a web based job bank to post current job openings, and a Business Service Specialist trained to provide information on a wide variety of topics - from workforce recruitment and retention to starting a new business in Minnesota.
