Chapter 7, Section 7.05 and Chapter 10, Section 10.22 of the City Code states in part that it is “unlawful for any owner, occupant or agent of any lot or parcel of land in the city to allow any weed or grass growing upon any such lot or parcel of land to grow to a greater height than six inches”.
Failure by the property owner to maintain their yards as stated above will cause the City or its agent to mow the property and invoice the property owner the cost of mowing plus administration and overhead.
