The City of Little Falls is a “Mayor-Council Plan” form of government. The City is divided into three wards, with two council members elected from each ward and one at-large. Both the Mayor and City Council are elected for a term of four (4) years.
The City of Little Falls is a “Home Rule Charter City”. The Charter establishes the rules, regulations and procedures of the City.
The City Council meets on the first and third Mondays of each month beginning at 7:30 p.m. The meetings are rebroadcast on Public Access Channel 6. Meetings are held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 100 7th Avenue Northeast.
