City Information Little Falls is located in Morrison County, approximately 100 miles northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul, in central Minnesota. Little Falls is the boyhood home of Charles A. Lindbergh, the first pilot to fly the historic transatlantic flight from New York to Paris. An estimated 8,500 people live in Little Falls. Little Falls City Hall is located at 100 7th Avenue NE with business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Little Falls is a Home Rule City and is governed by a part-time Mayor and seven City Council members. Little Falls is divided into three wards with two individuals representing each ward, and two at-large members being the Mayor and Alderman. Little Falls is a Sister City to LeBourget, France. |
